Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Supervise a team of logistics staff to ensure all daily tasks meet company KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain communication.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on operational performance and department metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and MS Office suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate personnel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess complete pre-employment requirements and documentation.
