Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring all targets are met with efficiency and high standards.
- Oversee shipping functions, including coordinating with carriers and optimizing freight movement.
- Manage port operations to ensure smooth and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain rigorous inventory management protocols to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize warehouse space.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to boost team productivity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve cycle times.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare regular operational reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of port operations and shipping documentation processes.
- Proven ability to manage inventory systems and implement effective tracking protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Logistics/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment in the Central Luzon region.
