- <ul><li>Supervise and manage daily delivery operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics personnel, fostering a productive and positive work environment.</li><li>Monitor and analyze operational performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and established lead times, proactively addressing potential delays.</li><li>Optimize transportation routes and methods to enhance cost-efficiency and reduce operational expenses without compromising service quality.</li><li>Manage inventory accuracy and integrity within the logistics chain, coordinating with warehousing teams as needed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all relevant local and national transportation regulations and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, budget adherence, and team productivity.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.</li><li>Proven track record of managing cost-efficient delivery operations and ensuring compliance with SLAs.</li><li>Strong understanding of transportation regulations, freight forwarding, and warehousing principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.</li><li>Proficiency in logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for process optimization.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul>
