URGENT HIRING: Logistics Supervisor
Centennial Food Corporation is a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a results-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Marilao, Bulacan. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can oversee our complex supply chain operations, ensuring that our raw materials arrive on time and our finished products are distributed efficiently to clients.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse and transportation activities. You will lead a team of logistics staff, optimize inventory procedures, and ensure that all safety and quality standards are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff and drivers, providing training and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strict inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery receipts accurately.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company safety policies and local regulations.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and coordinate with production teams to align delivery schedules.
- Analyze logistics data to improve route efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics supervision, warehousing, or transport coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Professional Driver's License is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the local transport routes in Bulacan and the National Capital Region.
