Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse and transport teams.
- Supervise and train logistics staff and drivers, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize shipping schedules and delivery routes to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve logistical issues and ensure high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
