You'll lead daily warehouse activities, optimize transportation routes, and implement robust inventory control systems while maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations and company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage logistics team performance through training, scheduling, and mentorship
- Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service level agreements
- Handle documentation for customs clearance, shipping manifests, and inventory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain supervision
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and inventory control systems
- Proficient in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and MS Office applications
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and local dialects
