Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including warehousing, inventory management, and dispatch activities
- Lead and develop logistics teams through performance management, training, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP), quality standards, and operational protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and implement cycle counting procedures
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier relationships to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Prepare and analyze operational reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align supply chain activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse and dispatch teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Certification in logistics management or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is advantageous
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
