Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily linehaul operations to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Manage and optimize transportation schedules and route planning for cost and service efficiency
- Monitor driver performance, compliance with safety standards, and on-time performance metrics
- Collaborate with warehouses, hubs, and cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Oversee fleet utilization and maintenance coordination to maximize asset uptime
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders
- Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements across all linehaul activities
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of working experience in linehaul operations, transportation, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, transport, and logistics best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of drivers and logistics staff
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with route planning software and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
