Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule international shipments via air, sea, and land freight carriers.
- Track shipment progress and resolve any logistical delays or issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update the company database.
- Assist in the implementation of new logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new shipping technologies and software.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, freight forwarding, or customer service role is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
