Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory records and perform regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with internal logistics teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Resolve logistics-related escalations and bottlenecks in the supply chain process.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all logistics activities and operational reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of local shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance in the Philippines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting.
