Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Team Leader to oversee our warehousing and receiving operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods throughout the supply chain, from the moment they arrive at the dock to their final distribution.
As a leader in our operations, you will be tasked with supervising a dedicated team of logistics staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and productivity targets. You will coordinate directly with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to verify shipment integrity and resolve any logistical discrepancies. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, manage inventory returns efficiently, and maintain accurate operational records. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative team environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily receiving operations, ensuring accurate verification of incoming shipments and documentation.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and maintain high safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) department to inspect goods and resolve quality-related logistics issues.
- Monitor overall workflow and inventory movement, managing returns and scrap processes effectively.
- Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding shipments, team performance, and inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using computer software and MS Office applications.
