Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in delivery and dispatch.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse and logistics personnel to achieve daily performance targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute accurate record-keeping and reporting procedures.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all logistics staff adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve turnaround times.
- Handle escalated customer or logistical concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the transport or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
