Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage goods flow between warehouse, suppliers, and delivery points
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure proper handling protocols
- Maintain real-time inventory records and logistics documentation
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for seamless supply chain integration
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software
- Familiarity with Singapore's transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Singaporean driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for urgent deliveries
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
