Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation operations including fleet scheduling, route optimization, and driver supervision
- Oversee warehouse activities including inventory management, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Implement logistics KPIs to monitor performance metrics (OTD, FTL utilization, cost per km)
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Manage logistics documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics/supply chain management with supervisory exposure
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and cost optimization
- Valid Malaysian driving license with knowledge of highland terrain regulations
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and transport safety standards
