We are currently looking for a highly organized Logistics / Warehouse Admin (SAP / WMS) to join the growing team at MMC Success in Tuas, West Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless execution of inventory management and order fulfillment processes. You will be tasked with maintaining high levels of data accuracy within our SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support the supply chain lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling documentation, coordinating with carriers, and performing routine inventory audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily warehouse operations using SAP and WMS platforms.
- Oversee accurate inventory control, including cycle counts, stocktakes, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Process all inbound and outbound logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders to schedule efficient shipments and deliveries.
- Generate detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and logistics KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Warehouse Admin, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (MM Module) and/or WMS software is highly essential.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management principles, shipping, and receiving procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
