Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations using SAP and WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate customs documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Process shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, and related administrative paperwork promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to resolve logistics queries and issues.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding stock movement and warehouse performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE O/L qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required by operational demands.
