AlwaysHired is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the West Region of Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics activities. Your contributions will directly impact our supply chain effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
As a Logistics / Warehouse Assistant, your duties will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality, storing products appropriately, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing them for dispatch. You will also maintain inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize errors. Safety and organization are top priorities, so you will help maintain a clean and hazard-free working environment.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, physical stamina for manual tasks, and the ability to use basic computer systems such as inventory management software. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments and returns.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time updates in the system.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock to minimize waste and damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
