- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety procedures and operational standards
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely transportation of goods
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or logistics management preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
