Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities and shipment schedules.
- Inspect and verify all shipment materials against manifests before distribution to ensure accuracy.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate with local carriers and transport vendors to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks to ensure seamless supply chain operation.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and warehouse housekeeping protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure zero-error shipping.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Valid driving license or knowledge of local transport routes is an added advantage.
