Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage import/export shipments and ensure full compliance with customs regulations
- Implement and maintain LMW compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics partners and stakeholders for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and LMW regulations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments under pressure
