Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Oversee inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Coordinate transportation schedules and liaise with carriers for timely deliveries
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain compliance with OHS standards
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Train warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, operational costs, and efficiency KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in logistics sector
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
