As a key contributor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize inventory management, and coordinate logistics to support various construction and fit-out projects across the East Region of Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery and collection of materials.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment.
- Prepare and process relevant shipping documents, delivery orders, and other logistics paperwork.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid forklift license (advantageous).
