The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This critical role is the key to ensuring our supply chain remains agile and resilient, from the seamless receipt of raw materials to the precise dispatch of finished goods. You will command full ownership of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, 3PL management, and team supervision. You will lead a talented team, champion rigorous safety protocols, and relentlessly drive continuous improvement in inventory management, space utilization, and logistics processes. Your strong analytical skills will be leveraged to forecast resource needs, optimize routing, and reduce operational costs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Implement inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Sales) to optimize inventory levels.
- Track and improve warehouse KPIs: fulfillment rate, shipping accuracy, turnaround time.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies (ISO standards).
- Manage logistics documentation (DO, packing lists, invoices) for local and international shipments.
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives in warehouse layout and logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms like SAP.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team and driving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and import/export regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
