Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound distribution.
- Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce lead times and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a safety-first culture and high-performance environment.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement effective cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, and food storage regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and proficiency in ERP software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in logistics.
- Superior communication skills in English and Filipino.
