Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region. In this critical full-time role, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain efficiency.
As the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, your primary objective will be to lead comprehensive warehouse and logistics operations. You will ensure that inventory accuracy is meticulously maintained, deliveries are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner, and coordination between internal departments and external partners is seamless. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives on solving complex logistical challenges and improving operational workflows.
You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, implementing safety protocols, and utilizing modern warehouse management systems (WMS) to track metrics and drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
- Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and logistics personnel to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and sales teams to streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Implement process improvements and leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) to maximize operational efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and proficiency in using ERP/WMS software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address logistical bottlenecks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
