Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Develop and maintain safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse layout optimization and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience in logistics/transportation
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian logistics regulations and compliance standards
