Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of telecom equipment
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure 99.5% stock accuracy
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to meet SLA targets
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while fostering a safety-first culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for inventory planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience
- Proficiency in SAP or WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in telecom or electronics industry preferred
