Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process guest reservations across multiple booking platforms
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and villas for availability and special requests
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems in real-time
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers and packages
- Resolve booking conflicts and provide alternative solutions to clients
- Generate monthly reservation reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality reservations or customer service
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and accommodation options
