We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Lorry Crane Operator to join our expanding logistics team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lorry cranes to transport heavy loads across various construction and industrial sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate lorry cranes (Class 4 & 5) for the loading, unloading, and transportation of heavy materials and goods.
- Conduct thorough pre-start and post-trip inspections of the crane, vehicle, and hydraulic systems to ensure mechanical integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols, traffic regulations, and operational guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for the crew.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and ground crew to coordinate load movements, ensuring efficient workflow and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports as required by company policy.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal operational condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations during complex lifting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 4 and/or Class 5 driving license with relevant endorsements for operating lorry cranes.
- Proven previous experience operating lorry cranes within a logistics, manufacturing, or construction setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards or local equivalent safety codes.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, work at heights, and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by business needs.
