Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate refrigerated lorries to deliver frozen and chilled goods to various locations across Singapore.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and optimal fuel efficiency.
- Perform careful loading and unloading of temperature-sensitive cargo to maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain.
- Verify delivery orders, collect customer signatures, and handle payments or returns as required.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs or issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery activities, and vehicle condition in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and cold chain standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries seamlessly.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license is mandatory.
- Prior driving experience, particularly with refrigerated or heavy vehicles, is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of cold chain logistics and best practices for handling frozen and chilled goods.
- Good physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks manually and safely.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Familiarity with Singapore's road network and traffic conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
