As a Lorry Driver / Heavy Machinery Driver, you will be at the forefront of our operational supply chain. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of critical materials, including fresh fruit bunches (FFB), palm oil, and general equipment, across our extensive estates and mills. We rely on your expertise in vehicle handling and strict adherence to safety standards to keep our operations running smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate lorries, trailers, and heavy machinery such as tractors and excavators for the transportation of goods and materials within the plantation and mill environment.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and roadworthiness.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, traffic laws, and environmental regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and load securing to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to plan efficient routes and schedules to optimize productivity.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on assigned vehicles, reporting major issues to the maintenance department.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian Commercial Driving License (Class E Full) and any relevant heavy machinery licenses.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven driving experience with heavy vehicles or construction machinery, ideally in an oil palm or agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of road safety, load securement, and defensive driving techniques.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor plantation environment.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle responsibility.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required by operational needs.
