We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lorry Driver (Packaged Gas Cylinder Delivery) to join our logistics team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for the safe and timely delivery of industrial and medical gas cylinders to customers across the Central region of Malaysia and Melaka.
As the face of Air Products on the road, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive essential products safely and on schedule. You will operate modern, well-maintained 2-ton to 5-ton lorries equipped with advanced safety features and material handling aids. Your main focus will be strict adherence to safety protocols, efficient route navigation, and providing exceptional service to a diverse customer base across various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and electronics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles (2-ton / 5-ton lorries) designated for packaged gas cylinder delivery to scheduled customer locations in the Central Region and Melaka.
- Perform safe loading and unloading of medical and industrial gas cylinders utilizing standard safety procedures and provided material handling equipment.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any defects, incidents, or non-conformances to the logistics supervisor.
- Verify delivery orders, secure customer signatures for proof of delivery (POD), and manage cash-on-delivery transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, delivery logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance status.
- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service, addressing client inquiries professionally and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Comply strictly with all company safety policies, Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, and Malaysian road traffic laws.
- Support warehouse stock rotation, cylinder segregation, and general housekeeping activities during non-driving periods.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian Class E (Kejur) Driving License.
- Active Dangerous Goods (DG) License issued by DOSH Malaysia (mandatory for immediate consideration).
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with heavy vehicles, preferably in gas, chemical, or industrial products logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of road networks in Selangor, KL, and Melaka.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including maneuvering cylinders (with the aid of trolleys and lifts).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Clean driving record with no major recent summonses or accidents.
- Candidate must be aged 25 years and above and willing to work shifts if required.
