Tanggung Jawab
- Investigate and assess insurance claims involving civil engineering projects (infrastructure, construction, structural failures)
- Analyze technical documentation, blueprints, and engineering reports to determine liability and claim validity
- Conduct site inspections, document damage, and compile comprehensive claim reports with recommended settlements
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and policyholders to gather critical information and resolve disputes
- Negotiate fair claim settlements with insurance providers while adhering to policy terms and industry standards
- Stay updated on local building codes, construction methodologies, and loss adjusting regulations
- Provide expert testimony and support during legal proceedings when required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loss adjusting, construction claims, or engineering consultancy
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and structural failure analysis
- Professional certification in loss adjusting (e.g., AIC, CILA) or engineering preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical documentation
- Proficiency in claim investigation methodologies and settlement negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple high-stakes claims
