General Adjuster Indonesia is seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster (Civil Engineering) to join our expert team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between technical engineering expertise and the insurance claims process, ensuring fair and accurate evaluations of structural losses across the nation.
As a Mid-Level Loss Adjuster, you will perform deep-dive site surveys, analyze complex engineering failures, and produce comprehensive technical reports that serve as the foundation for multi-million Rupiah claims. You will have the opportunity to travel to various project sites across Indonesia, applying your knowledge of construction standards, structural integrity, and project management to resolve high-stakes insurance disputes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough site inspections for civil and structural engineering losses to identify root causes.
- Evaluate insurance claims by applying technical engineering principles and local building codes.
- Prepare high-quality, detailed loss adjustment reports for insurers, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Estimate repair costs and assess the extent of damage to infrastructure or commercial properties.
- Engage with stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and legal teams, to ensure transparent claim processes.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines and company quality standards.
- Provide expert testimony or technical clarification regarding claims when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, project management, or loss adjusting.
- Proficiency in analyzing structural blueprints, design documents, and construction contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to detect engineering anomalies.
- Excellent technical writing skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification in Loss Adjusting or willingness to obtain it is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to travel frequently across Indonesia for site surveys.
