- Conduct thorough on-site inspections of damaged heavy equipment to determine cause and extent of loss
- Prepare detailed technical reports and loss adjustment documentation for insurance clients
- Analyze mechanical failures, structural damages, and operational deficiencies in industrial machinery
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to assess repair costs and replacement values
- Negotiate fair claim settlements with policyholders and stakeholders
- Provide expert recommendations on preventive measures and risk mitigation strategies
- Travel extensively across the region to assess diverse heavy equipment claims
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loss adjusting or mechanical engineering assessment
- Deep understanding of heavy machinery systems, components, and operational principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certification in loss adjusting or mechanical engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in technical assessment tools and claim management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex claims simultaneously
