Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed fire and property risk engineering surveys at high-tech facilities, including data centers and semiconductor plants.
- Evaluate transit exposures and logistics risks for high-value technological equipment and sensitive components.
- Provide technical secondment support to key clients, acting as an in-house risk expert to enhance their internal loss control programs.
- Develop comprehensive technical reports detailing risk quality, loss estimates (MFL/PML), and prioritized improvement recommendations.
- Review architectural and fire protection system blueprints for new constructions or facility upgrades to ensure compliance with NFPA and FM Global standards.
- Analyze loss trends and industry data to provide proactive risk mitigation advice to Marsh brokers and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical workshops and safety training sessions for client operational teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Fire Safety Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in risk engineering, loss control, or technical safety within the insurance or high-tech industrial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of international fire protection standards (NFPA, FM Global) and local building codes.
- Proven experience in evaluating Property and Transit/Cargo exposures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFPS, ARM, or PE) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk assessment software and methodology.
- Ability to work independently while on secondment at client sites.
