- Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a designated portfolio of non-performing assets and delinquent accounts.
- Proactively engage with borrowers to understand their financial circumstances and develop customized loss mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate payment plans, loan modifications, short sales, and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure options to minimize financial loss.
- Thoroughly evaluate financial documentation such as income statements, tax returns, and hardship letters to determine appropriate workout solutions.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and client-specific regulations, including FDCPA and RESPA guidelines.
- Document all borrower interactions and actions taken accurately in the company CRM system in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Collections, Legal, and Customer Service to ensure seamless account resolution.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call quality, conversion rates, and portfolio liquidation goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Loss Mitigation, Collections, Loan Servicing, or a related field within the BPO or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive financial conversations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Willing to work on-site in Negros Occidental or in a hybrid setup as required.
