- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and make personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B service, preferably in a lounge, fine dining, or high-end hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A polished and professional appearance with a welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
