Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily lounge operations including opening/closing procedures and facility checks
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and proactive assistance
- Monitor and manage inventory of amenities, supplies, and F&B offerings
- Coordinate with ground staff and airlines for seamless passenger transitions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of operations and incident reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and travel industry
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
- Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore
