- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized assistance and proactive problem-solving
- Prepare and present premium food/beverage offerings according to established standards
- Maintain immaculate lounge facilities ensuring hygiene and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Monitor lounge occupancy and optimize resource allocation during peak periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through guest feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety handling and beverage service protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency status
