Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Present menus and provide detailed recommendations on food and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages with a high standard of presentation, ensuring proper timing and temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service station, and restrooms at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure total satisfaction.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or College Graduate (any course).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, hospitality, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
- High level of grooming, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
