Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand LPG market share in Davao City
- Identify and prospect new commercial/residential LPG customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales proposals
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust tactics as needed
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in LPG, FMCG, or energy sector
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of local market and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
