We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven LPG Sales Specialist to join our team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and South Luzon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence across the region.
As an LPG Sales Specialist, you will serve as the face of SeaOil, building strong partnerships with LPG distributors and clients. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LPG distributors and key accounts in NCR and South Luzon.
- Drive sales volume and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high retention rates.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to the sales management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the LPG, Oil & Gas, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NCR and South Luzon.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local LPG market in the Philippines is a strong plus.
