Are you an engineering professional with a passion for technical sales and industrial solutions? McKupler is seeking a highly motivated Lube Engineer to join our team in Northern Mindanao. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative lubrication products and our clients' operational success.
As a Lube Engineer, you won't just be selling products; you will be delivering value through technical expertise. You will be responsible for driving sales territory growth, optimizing dealer operations, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen our footprint in the Cagayan de Oro region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with diverse industrial sectors, providing consultative technical support that helps our partners maximize their machinery performance and longevity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Northern Mindanao territory.
- Provide expert technical consultancy to dealers and industrial clients regarding lubrication application and maintenance.
- Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot machinery issues and offer value-added engineering recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze dealer operations to identify areas for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch product campaigns and educational programs for regional partners.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client engagements, technical evaluations, and sales performance metrics.
- Represent McKupler in industry events, workshops, and technical presentations to drive brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, lubrication engineering, or industrial account management.
- Strong understanding of industrial lubrication systems, tribology, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to develop territory strategies and manage dealer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Northern Mindanao region.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales and performance targets.
