Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality control tests and inspections on lubricant products to ensure compliance with industry specifications and standards.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, tracking stock movements and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of critical lubricant products.
- Analyze technical data and product specifications to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations regarding the storage, handling, and disposal of chemical lubricants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to address client inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of product testing results, batch numbers, and supply chain logistics documentation.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize operational downtime and ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Lubes Engineer or in a similar technical role within the automotive or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of lubricant properties, API standards, and additive technologies.
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment and inventory management software systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a full-time, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
