As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Lubes Supply Officer.
As a Lubes Supply Officer, you will play a critical role in our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of lubricant products from our suppliers to our distribution points. We believe in nurturing talent, and this role is OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES who are eager to kickstart their career in the manufacturing and transport industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of lubricants and fuel products to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Ensure that all storage areas comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Technical: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Physical: Willingness to perform physical tasks in a warehouse or depot setting.
- Driving: A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
