Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire order processing and delivery workflow for bulk and packed support services
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts
- Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and delivery-related activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery management
- Strong knowledge of order processing systems and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software
