- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial/commercial lubricant products
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and client consultations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client-specific lubrication challenges
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years technical sales experience in lubricants or industrial products
- Strong understanding of industrial/commercial lubrication systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of local industrial market preferred
