Tanggung Jawab
- Drive boutique sales targets and maximize profitability through effective inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of retail associates to provide world-class service.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect our luxury brand identity.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service.
- Manage operational workflows, including stock control, replenishment, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and luxury service standards.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management (fashion, footwear, or leather goods).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market, fashion trends, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
