Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, consult, and build strong relationships with premium clients and high-net-worth individuals visiting the showroom.
- Conduct professional vehicle test drives, demonstrating key features, safety standards, and technical specifications of luxury cars.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, to vehicle delivery and registration.
- Maintain an up-to-date and thorough knowledge of our premium vehicle lineup, optional configurations, and financial packages.
- Follow up diligently with prospective buyers through CRM software to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in pristine, showroom condition.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, finance, insurance, and accessory attachment KPI metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end automotive, luxury retail, premium real estate, or banking.
- Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record (essential for conducting vehicle test drives).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Malay or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills with a professional demeanor and exceptional grooming standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure in a high-commission environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, or social media sales leads is highly desirable.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work on weekends and public holidays based on showroom duty rosters.
